Kasey Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer and and Co-Founder of Work Ethos, an Emmy Award-winning producer, speaker, and leadership strategist with over 20 years of experience in storytelling, team development, and organizational clarity.

With a Master of Theological Studies and a background in documentary filmmaking, Kasey blends emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and narrative strategy to help founders stop being the bottleneck in their own business.

At Work Ethos, she works closely with growth-minded leaders to build high-capacity teams, streamline communication, and design people systems that actually work. Whether guiding teams through the Work Intelligence Index or coaching leaders through stuck dynamics, Kasey brings deep insight, practical tools, and a bit of humor to every engagement.

Outside the consulting room, you’ll probably find her paddleboarding Florida’s springs, camping off the grid, or turning leadership challenges into metaphors pulled straight from film, music, or real life.

CJ Musick

CJ Musick is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Work Ethos. She is a speaker, author, inventor, and a high-level consultant to leaders. She is a systems builder and pattern decoder for growing teams and organizations. As the Inventor of Work Intelligence Index & Work Style DNA, she helps leaders design companies that run by clarity, not chaos—aligning people, processes, and purpose for sustainable growth.

A former communication professor turned small, high capacity team building strategist, CJ blends insights from communication, psychology, and organizational development to uncover the invisible patterns behind how teams think, collaborate, and perform.

Her work bridges neuroscience and practical strategy, translating complex human dynamics into actionable frameworks that help teams work smarter together.

Whether she’s facilitating a leadership retreat or guiding a company through structural change, CJ’s focus remains the same: to bring clarity, connection, and consistency to the way teams work.

Outside Work Ethos, you will find CJ "glamping" in the great outdoors with her family, writing, or listening to a podcast or book.

Marty Munger

Marty Munger is the Chief Relationship Officer and Co-Founder of Work Ethos, combining a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with over a decade of experience in recruiting, hiring, and human resources. She’s helped countless companies hire the right people and build cultures where alignment, trust, and performance thrive. 

A former Enneagram coach and consultant, Marty draws on her background in self-awareness tools to help leaders and teams ditch disconnection—both from themselves and each other. Her work centers around creating cultures of connection, clarity, and contribution. 

Marty’s true genius is working 1:1 with clients to find their unique abilities and team members to uncover right-fit roles, align strengths, and personalize the tools and systems of Work Ethos to each unique team. Her insight boosts every step of the process—making strategy actionable, systems stick, and alignment real. 

When she’s not working with clients, Marty is traveling and exploring new restaurants with her husband, relaxing at the beach, or curled up with her cats, a cozy blanket, and a great cup of coffee.

Todd Harris

Todd Harris is the Chief Marketing Officer and a Certified Consultant at Work Ethos, bringing a lifetime of high-performance coaching to the world of team optimization. With over three decades of experience, Todd has trained thousands—from youth athletes to corporate leaders—on unlocking their full potential through discipline, clarity, and values-driven systems.

A multi-hall-of-fame martial arts grandmaster and the founder of numerous training methodologies, Todd’s unique approach blends emotional intelligence, high-impact communication, and personal development frameworks that spark lasting transformation. His accolades include 8th-degree black belt status in Ji Do Kwan, coaching multiple state, national, and international champions, and creating leadership and combat programs for universities and their ROTC Programs.

At Work Ethos, Todd applies his mastery of motivation and strategy to help leaders and teams thrive. He’s especially passionate about helping people move from stuck to unstoppable—clarifying their strengths, connecting them to meaningful goals, and creating cultures where people show up with excellence. Todd’s coaching style energizes clients to lead with both heart and results.

When he’s not building marketing strategies or mentoring leaders, you can find Todd writing best-selling books, innovating new coaching programs for neurodiverse learners, or working alongside his wife Pam to create values-based impact across every part of life.
