I am the Director of Education and Events for a dental implant company. Our education team recently had the pleasure of working with Work Ethos for a training session focused on understanding and improving our team communication and dynamics. Marty, our Work Ethos consultant, presented the results from our personal assessments and brought a thoughtful and structured approach to the session. CJ asked specific questions to further the team discussion and simulate real-life scenarios.
