Todd Harris is a Business Consultant at Work Ethos, bringing more than three decades of high-performance coaching into the world of team growth and business strategy.

A multi–hall-of-fame martial arts grandmaster, successful entrepreneur with two North Carolina locations, and best-selling author of Road to a Million, Todd has trained and coached thousands of leaders, business owners, and teams. His work focuses on helping founders scale with clarity—building the discipline, structure, and mindset required to grow without losing their values or culture.
Todd specializes in helping leaders move from stuck to unstoppable by aligning motivation with execution and strategy with action. His coaching blends proven performance principles with real-world business insight, helping teams perform at a higher level and leaders lead with confidence.
